How do you get the metal thread part of a connection(washer hose) off the pipe when its corroded? ?

Im trying to hook up my new washing machine hose to the hot water part but

its corroded so bad that even my husband cant get it off. Are there any

Use WD-40 to loosen up the corrosion.  
Apple Sauce
Use 2 pair of vice grips. 1 on the pipe & 1 to turn the nut.

if you are careful use a hacksaw & cut as shallow as you can at

right angle to the thread being especially careful not to cut the face of

the facet because that is where the rubber seal seats ,then take a pair of

side cutters & roll the cut portions down to the face end-- if you nic a

thread at the top it wont affect the seal or cause any problem with the

new connection you will still have 99% good threads,you dont need to cut  
all the way threw -- it will rip apart & you dont need to cut all the way  
to the facet face either,if the is any saw obstruction like the handle--  
you can cut at a 45 degree angle
